Townsville Ring Road Stage 4 was $200m spend, spanning across 2 years. The project was complex and involved major traffic switches and ongoing to allow for the traffic volumes.
A2O traffic solutions involvement in the project was significant from start to finish, at its peak the project had 25 traffic controllers on site day and night. Some of the innovations we offered on this project were, but not limited to:
- Dash cam audits 7 days per week and issued the footage to the client to increase Quality Assurance
- A full time supervisor present on site
- 3rd party audits
